Update Console Password

As part of HelixPay's security, the user's console password will expire after 90 days. To be able to use the console continuously, it is recommended for the users to update their password by following these steps:

Step 1: Go to the merchant console here then click 'Log in';

Step 2: Click 'Forgot Password?';

Step 3: Type in your email address then click 'Send Code';

Step 4: Check your email and copy the code; and

Step 5: Type in your new password then click 'Reset Password'.

You will then see a prompt that the password has been reset successfully and you can now relog-in to the merchant console account.
